RokPrime Steakhouse & Grille is Orange County’s first and only Rok-Cooking restaurant. We proudly serve only the finest hand-selected USDA Prime all natural cuts of meat. All of our beef, poultry, and pork are hormone free, with no antibiotics or other drugs, and raised using only all natural grazing and natural vegetation. In addition to our incredible prime steaks we also serve a variety of fresh free-range all natural poultry, seafood, and chops, as well as our signature soups, salads, burgers, and sandwiches.
Though our primary focus is on being a Rok-Cooking steak restaurant we also put an enormous emphasis on serving unique quality sides, an enviable budget-conscious wine list, and a traditional Grille Lunch Menu that rivals the consistency and quality of our steaks.

About Rok-Cooking
The method of cooking food on a super hot stone can be traced back centuries to the Ancient Egyptians and Vikings. What sets this method of cooking apart from any other is the ability of the hand selected natural volcanic stones to retain the 752˚ heat that our proprietary high-temp designed ovens heat these stones to.
The incredibly high temperatures obtained with the Rok-Cooking method sear the meats incredibly fast and lock in the juices and nutrients all while enhancing the flavor and tenderness of the meat.
This unique dry cooking method uses no added fats or oils and sears the food without burning. This method ensures a distinct all natural flavor not achievable with conventional cooking methods.
The result is a freshly cooked-on-stone steak that is both healthy and super nutritious with an unparalleled taste.
